What is a dedicated desktop?
Think of it as your own laptop — only virtual. It lives in a secure data center, is always on, and you can open it from your phone, tablet or computer. Your assistant works on it too, with real apps and websites, and you can watch or take over at any time. Without one, the assistant still chats, researches and works in Odoo — it just has no laptop of its own to use apps and websites for you.
