This policy explains which personal data Raairo LLC (“we”) processes when you use the website and the service My Job • My Life, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email address, plan, billing details and login information.
Your content — chats with your assistant, tasks, notes, pages, your profile and CVs, files and the emails of your integrated email address.
Virtual laptop — what the assistant does there for you, and the logins you make on it (these stay on your laptop; we do not read them).
Connected services — data from services you connect, for example your Odoo, Google Drive or Google Sheets, only as far as you allow it.
Usage and technical data — IP address, log-in times, usage per agent and plan limits, device and browser type, error logs.
Contact and requests — what you send us by email or through the forms on this website.

How we use your information

to provide the service: run your assistant, your virtual laptop, your email and your automations;
to send the alerts you choose (for example on WhatsApp, Telegram or Zulip) when a task needs you;
to manage your account, plan limits and billing, and to email you about your account;
to keep the service secure and to find and fix errors;
to answer your questions, and to meet legal obligations.

Your data stays yours

Your profile, CVs, notes, pages and emails are stored in your own account on our server. You can see, edit, export and delete them at any time. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

AI providers

To answer you, your assistant sends the content needed for a task (your request, the relevant context and files) to the AI model provider that runs the model (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, depending on the model used). We use their business services, under which your content is not used to train their models.

Google services

If you connect Google Drive or Google Sheets, we access them only to do what you set up — for example to save an email or attachment to Drive or to add a row to a sheet. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell it. You can remove the connection at any time in your Google account.

Hosting — our servers are in a data center in the EU (Italy).
Cloudflare — secure login to the app and delivery of this website.
AI model providers — see above.
Messaging — WhatsApp, Telegram or Zulip, only for the alerts you switch on.
Payment — a payment provider processes your card payment; we do not store full card details.
Email — for your integrated email address and, in Business, Google Workspace for your own domains.

They process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

International processing

Our servers are in the EU, and some providers are in the USA or other countries. By using the service you agree that your data is processed there.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example billing records).

Data protection and security

We use encrypted connections, secure login, separated accounts and regular backups to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low.

Cookies and local storage

This website and the app use only the cookies and local storage needed to work — for example to keep you logged in and to remember light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and close your account at any time — in the app or by writing to legal@mjm.li. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law; contact us and we will help.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If we learn that we hold data of a child, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We publish the new version here and tell you by email or in the app if the change is important.
